Rough-scaled Python

The Rough-scaled Python gets its name from its strongly keeled (raised) scales, which give it a rough, textured feel unlike the smooth scales of most pythons. Its coloration ranges from shades of cream, gold, brown, and charcoal, forming intricate patterns that provide excellent camouflage among rocks and trees.
